Zach Burton is currently a Digital Transformation Program Management Lead at Shell, focusing on exploring and expanding perspectives to shape the future for Shell Polymers. Growing up in Michigan, Zach's interest in engineering was influenced by the auto industry, leading to a master's degree in mechanical engineering. Over the course of a diverse career at Shell, Zach has successfully driven reliability, maintenance, and asset management projects while building high-performing teams through intent-based leadership. Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time at the ballpark supporting their sons' travel baseball and has developed a passion for woodworking during the pandemic.
