Zenon D'souza is a seasoned professional in risk governance and maritime operations. With a foundational career beginning at Anglo-Eastern as a Junior Ship Officer, Zenon advanced to a Senior Ship Officer at Exmar before taking on significant leadership roles at Shell from 2004 to 2021, including Risk and Governance Assurance Lead and Global Maritime Incident Manager. Throughout these roles, Zenon spearheaded initiatives that enhanced safety and operational efficiency across LNG operations, implementing innovative safety tools and managing critical maritime incidents.
