Frans Everts is the President-Director of Shell Nederland, where they are committed to driving the energy transition. They hold a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and have extensive experience in various leadership roles at Shell, including Executive Vice President for Corporate and External Relations. Currently, they serve on the board of GasTerra and are a member of the executive board at VNO-NCW. In addition, they hold a board position at Shell Asset Management Company.

The Hague office focuses on energy innovation, management, and engineering solutions in the hydrogen, LNG, and carbon capture sectors.
