Frank Richards

Frank Richards is the CEO of Shellshock. Frank was previously the CEO and founder of Rally4, which was acquired by GRYYT. Prior to that, they were the advisor at DMW HEXAGON and the Co-CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie.

Frank Richards received their bachelor's degree in political science and government from the University of California, Davis. Frank then pursued their graduate studies in political science and government at the University of Essex.
