Niels Werner Hersmann is a creative lead at SHELLWORKS, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a senior designer at Universal Design Studio from 2017 to 2025 and completed an architectural internship at Herzog & de Meuron between 2014 and 2015, working on notable projects such as the Sydney Modern and Beirut Terraces.
