Founded by a late-identified ADHDer and professional ADHD, AuDHD, and Leadership Coach with over 20 years of professional experience in coaching, HR, leadership development, disability programs, higher education, non-profit, and corporate work environments, Shelly Lyons Coaching provides businesses with customized services, including:

- 1:1 ADHD, AuDHD, and Leadership Coaching for Adults (Executives, Leaders, Newly Diagnosed, Undiagnosed, Employees with Reasonable Accommodation Requests, and more)

- Neurodiversity and HR Consulting and Training

When at least 20% of individuals in the world are estimated to be Neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, Dyslexic, etc.), 85% of autistic people in the U.S. are unemployed (compared to 4% of the overall population), and a significant number of working adults remain undiagnosed, it’s time we stop focusing on a one-size-fits-all approach.

It is high time to begin acknowledging and accessing the unique skills and strengths of ADHD, AuDHD, and other Neurodivergent individuals, and prioritize neuro-inclusive and supportive best practices.
