Roknuzzaman Sikdar is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in project management and system design. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. since October 2016, Roknuzzaman oversees project erection work and ensures timely handover, drawing on extensive experience gained as Assistant Manager-Electrical at Bengal Development Company Ltd. from December 2011 to September 2016, where responsibilities included the design and maintenance of electrical systems for high-rise buildings and factories. Previously, as Senior Electrical Engineer at Palmal Group of Industries Ltd. from January 2010 to November 2011, Roknuzzaman provided maintenance and support for industrial electrical systems, and earlier experience as Electrical Lines Engineer at Al Arif Group involved creating electrical drawings and supervising installation work. Roknuzzaman holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, completed in 2007.
