Crowdfunding sites are bulletin boards advertising high risk investments to the general public. Angel Capital Group is different. We’re in Main Street, not on Wall Street. We seek investment opportunities in the workplace, not cyberspace. We connect investors that know local and regional startups, who share first-hand knowledge and expertise with like-minded investors across heartland USA. We provide locally-selected ventures with nationally-selected funds to find a path to profit. Our members work together sharing connections and managing risk.

At scale, every deal in the nation will be local to one of our chapters. Through a merger with RAIN Source Capital, ACG expects to be in 16 cities by the end of 2015, 25 cities by the end of 2016, and 50 cities by 2020. We structure our chapters as angel funds. The syndicate provides four things:

1.	High quality deal flow
2.	Professional due diligence
3.	Access to national capital resources
4.	Access and reach for connections, knowledge, expertise, and portfolio management

We are looking for investors that understand the importance of diversity of portfolio and the desire to leverage hundreds of subject matter experts, successful entrepreneurs, and experienced venture investors to curate companies in a risk optimized strategy to generate better than market returns.

We love and respect entrepreneurs! The merged ACC has directly funded $44M into 100 startups that have generated $800M in additional capital to accelerate their businesses and several highly profitable exits. In our hearts, we are entrepreneurs and we do everything we can to make them successful!

We meet monthly in cities across the nation. Please visit our website to find a location near your or join as an online member. Entrepreneurs and Investors: this is where you belong.
