Lucio Kilcher

Lucio Kilcher has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lucio started their career in 2008 as a Co-Founder and Head Engineering Optical Subsystems at Lemoptix SA, which was later acquired by Intel Corporation. In 2015, they transitioned to Intel Corporation and served as an Optical Engineering Manager until 2018. Following that, they joined CREAL as a Business Development Advisor in 2018. In 2017, Lucio also became a Co-Founder and Strategist at Cospire Coworking. Recently, in 2020, they assumed the role of CTO at Shematic. Throughout their career, Lucio has garnered extensive experience in various aspects of engineering, business development, and strategic planning.

Lucio Kilcher pursued their education in the field of micro-nanotechnology. Lucio completed their Bachelor's degree in Microtechnology from Berner Fachhochschule BFH from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they went on to earn their Msc degree from HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale between 2005 and 2008, specializing in micro-nanotechnology.
