Michael Bifolco

Michael Bifolco is an accomplished entrepreneur and product leader with extensive experience in the technology and e-commerce sectors. As the founder of Sheperd since December 2021, Michael has built a platform that enhances customer engagement and relationship commerce. Previously, Michael served as Senior Director of Product at Ordergroove from November 2015 to December 2021, where contributions included enabling subscription and membership experiences for major brands like The Honest Company and L’Oreal. Michael's prior roles also include Senior Director of Product at CrowdTwist, Inc., where strategic oversight led to its acquisition by Oracle, and founding Frienefit LLC. Michael co-founded MyTeeSpot.com and held various positions in product management and project management early in the career. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, completed in 2004.
