Shephard & Moyes helps organisations to reflect on their work and better support the communities they serve. Our evaluations will give you a clear understanding of how you’ve really made a difference, along with what you can do to move forwards and get even better at doing good.
Getting a clearer picture of what your organisation is doing now, means you can make the right decisions about what to do in the future. Through our evaluations we give you the framework, tools and insight you need to have that understanding, learn how you’re making a difference, and build on what’s been discovered. At the heart of all our evaluations is a commitment to helping you learn. We want to see your good work go even further, so we’ll challenge you to think about your approach in new ways and share our ideas and recommendations for the future.
'[What it's like working with Shephard & Moyes] is that it doesn't feel like you are working with a consultant! That's not to say that you don't get to work with quality! Firstly they get to know you - what you are trying to do and what you need, rather than it feeling like a sales pitch or being provided with something they have done for a previous client. So you feel that you are developing a relationship of trust with people who are bringing something of value to you...also the support is really practical and fun. But importantly they also bring relevant and appropriate challenge and the opportunity to think about things or your approach in a different way… Trying to think of a way to sum it up … they actually care about you, your organisation and what you are trying to do - not about their ego.'
