Curiosity outperforms credentials when the rules change. AI changed the rules.
Shepherd Advisory is a non-profit that teaches people at every level to work with AI — not as a novelty, but as a partner in the work they already do. From dock workers to directors, from parish communities to classrooms, we meet people where they are and build real capability. Free. Bilingual. Always.
Two free tracks:
The Revolution (La Revolución) — AI literacy for everyone. No prerequisites. No code. No jargon. Six modules, bilingual EN/ES, self-paced. Just the skill you already have: the ability to explain what you need in your own words.
Foundations (Los Fundamentos) — The technical entry point. For career changers and aspiring technologists building with AI from first principles to working code. Six phases, bilingual, instructor-led.
Every dollar of corporate training and consulting revenue — delivered through our partner Brightlens Group — funds this mission. The dock worker and the VP sit in the same room and get the same instruction. That's by design.
Founded by an engineer who has built technology companies from day one, led AI-native engineering divisions, and spent decades shipping systems that millions of people depend on without ever seeing. Stanford. Cambridge. 160th SOAR. What's taught here isn't theory. It's field notes.
