Shepherd Reardon is a specialist recruiter focused solely on providing recruitment solutions for the renewable energy sector. It has been founded by a combination of subject matter and recruitment experts with several decades of individual and combined experience of working with and placing professionals into this area. The intention is to provide the highest possible level of informed recruitment service to the industry.

At Shepherd Reardon we appreciate that both clients and candidates alike within the Renewable Energy sector have a considerable amount of choice when it comes to using recruitment firms. We can offer a viable alternative to many of these options. Because we believe in working only with a select group of contacts, we can deliver focused, bespoke and both short- and long-term approaches to our clients requirements.

From a client perspective this could range from headhunting on your behalf at short notice for an urgent to fill vacancy or working with you on a longer-term basis to build a team. Similarly, from a candidate standpoint if you require us to find you a new position tomorrow, we can contact our clients immediately to see if there are any relevant opportunities. If you are looking at long term career development we can work together on a plan, presenting you with relevant opportunities as and when we identify them.
