ShePlays.Pro is a non-profit organisation that gives young talented female footballers from developing countries the opportunity to play for the best clubs in the world.
Most female footballers, even the most talented, find it difficult to break into top professional clubs and build a successful career. What's more, almost all of them have to work part-time to support themselves and their families.
Our project aims to change that.

She Plays Pro provides a free platform where female footballers can create professional profiles, upload video footage and be evaluated by expert scouts. The most promising players are connected with clubs across Europe, the US, and Latin America.

She Plays Pro is led by a team from 11 different countries, each of us deeply involved in the women's game. We've played professionally, coached, worked with clubs, started independent projects and contributed to national football associations.
