Ben Prouty

Ben Prouty is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in launching and developing innovative ventures. As the CEO and Co-founder of PonchoPay since November 2020, Ben has been instrumental in creating an automated payment checkout aggregator that enhances the childcare ecosystem. In addition to this role, Ben serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Kamet Ventures, a €100 million venture builder backed by AXA, where contributions involve supporting portfolio ventures and leading incubation projects. Previous achievements include co-founding Shepper, where £15 million in funding was secured, and playing a key role in the launch and development of LOVESPACE, the UK's first storage-by-the-box company. With a background in building start-ups since 2006, including consulting for disruptive businesses, Ben holds an MBA from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, an MSc in Management from Imperial College London, and a BA in Economics from UCL.
