Sheridan Performance exists to build high-performing humans inside high-performing companies.
We work with executives, managers, and driven professionals aged 25–50 who are already successful, but know they’re capable of operating at a higher level.

Who We Are: 

We are Jared and Connor Sheridan - Brothers, Former GB Rowers, International athletes in Triathlon, and now full-time performance engineers. We have lived and breathed the corporate world and understand what it takes to developing resilient corporate employees.

Our work is built on four pillars:

Execution - Discipline in action

Intelligence - Data, biomarkers and physiology

We use endurance events - Marathons, Ironman, HYROX, Sportives as the vehicle for transformation. The event creates the deadline. The deadline builds the habits.
