We help talent – whether athletes, gamers or creators – as well as agents and agencies, digital platforms, publishers, rights holders, teams, governing bodies, federations, sports data and tech companies, and brands – across the world of sport and entertainment.

Our work spans the entire sports, esports and entertainment space. We work in traditional sports such as football, rugby union, rugby league, cricket, golf, tennis, basketball, netball, hockey and Olympic sports. We have also been immersed in the world of esports for a decade, and are leaders in the online entertainment space.

We advise on the suite of legal, commercial and business affairs affecting stakeholders within sports, esports and entertainment: from management and agency agreements; to player contracts and transfers; to image rights deals; to brand campaigns and partnerships; to media rights and streaming deals; to brand enforcement issues; to football club takeovers and esports investments; to regulatory and governance issues; to contractual disputes. Our expertise includes intellectual property, image rights, investment and company law issues, data protection, employment law, dispute resolution and more.
