	•	Built Salesforce and other TCO and CRM comparison tools to help clients quantify ROI and choose the right platform for their stage of growth.
	•	Set up and managed offshore delivery teams to provide predictable, cost-effective admin, support, and continuous improvement for CRM and IT operations.
