Nadia Martel

Nadia comes to SherWeb with more than 20 years of experience in international business, legal affairs, strategic negotiations and governance. As a lawyer, she worked in both private and publicly traded companies in various leadership roles such as Vice President, Business Development, General Counsel and Head of Global Compliance and Ethics.

Nadia has held several key positions at Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BRP) and played an important role in helping the company deliver its Initial Public Offering. She is also a board member at the MiQro Innovation Collaborative Centre (C2MI), Bishop’s University and the Quebec Wildlife Foundation.

Nadia has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law and a Master’s degree in Tax Law. She is also a Chartered Director.
