Normand Bédard has extensive work experience in the software development field. Normand started as a Software Developer at IBM in 2005 and later held a similar role at CAE in 2006. Normand then moved to Coradiant in 2007 as a System Integrator before joining Sherweb in 2010, where they progressed from a Software Developer to a Principal Software Developer. Normand also took on the role of Domain-Driven Design Trainer during their time at Sherweb.
Normand Bédard completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2007. Normand further pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the same university from 2008 to 2009. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Programming in C# 5.0 from Microsoft.
