Egbert Brinks

Egbert Brinks is an experienced operational leader with a diverse background in various industries, including automotive, air force consultancy, and chemical manufacturing. Currently serving as the Area Director of Operations Automotive & Site Manager at Sherwin-Williams since March 2022, Brinks previously held key roles at companies such as Troy Corporation, where responsibilities included site safety integration, and AkzoNobel, managing one of the world's largest vacuum salt plants. Brinks has a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, holding an MSc from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from Purdue University, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and project management.
