Fernando Lodi is the Legal Director for Latin America at Sherwin Williams, a position held since 2012. With a developed career in corporate law spanning over 15 years, Fernando has transitioned through various roles, including Legal Manager and Senior Counsel within the company. Previously, they practiced as a lawyer at Milton Rose Advogados and served as Legal Manager at TOTVS. Fernando holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo and a post-graduate degree in Contract Law from PUC/São Paulo. They have been recognized as one of the top General Commercial lawyers in Latin America and were honored as one of the most admired in-house lawyers in Brazil by The Legal 500 in 2016.
