Marko Ayala

Marko Ayala has a diverse professional background with a focus on customer service and community support. Currently serving as an Assistant Store Manager at Sherwin-Williams since June 2025, Marko assists customers with painting needs and ensures fast service for professional painters. Previously, as an Interpreter at Stark Truss Company, Inc., Marko facilitated the recruitment of Spanish-speaking employees. Experience includes roles as a Student Outreach Specialist at Kent State University, where Marko supported underrepresented students, and as a Program Manager at The Young Latino Network. Additional positions include roles as CCI Diversity Project Coordinator at Esperanza, Inc., and Factory Worker at Riverview Industrial Wood Products and Ohio Farms Meat Packaging Inc. Marko holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Kent State University and has studied Political Science at Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla.
