Michael Solomon

Michael Solomon is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality management, technical supervision, and design engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Sherwin-Williams since April 2021, Solomon has previously held roles including Quality Manager at Axalta, where responsibilities included managing the QC Department and transitioning to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Prior to that, valuable contributions were made as a Technical Supervisor at JLG Industries and Manufacturing Engineer at Synthes, where process development led to significant operational cost savings. Solomon's career began as a Chemist at Pratt & Lambert, culminating in a BS in Chemistry from Canisius University.
