Nandini Easwar

Nandini Easwar is the Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) at Beam Benefits, where they focus on developing an AI-powered platform. Previously, Nandini was the CTO and co-founder of Speakfully, which was acquired by HR Acuity, and worked as the VP of Engineering at HR Acuity from 2022 to 2024. With experience as a software developer at companies such as Intelli-Media, SIG, and Esurance, Nandini has led software engineering teams and managed multi-million dollar budgets. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Master’s degree from Temple University. Nandini also serves on the Board of Directors for SheTO.
