Brian Hamilton

Brian Hamilton has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Head of Corporate Development at Shield AI since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as Vice President of Investment Banking at Bank of America from August 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they held the role of Associate & Vice President of Investment Banking at Guggenheim Partners from August 2015 to July 2019. Brian also has a background in the US Navy, where they served as a Combat Systems Department Division Officer on USS San Jacinto from 2011 to 2013, and as an Engineering Department Division Officer on USS John S. McCain from 2008 to 2011.

Brian Hamilton attended the United States Naval Academy and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in History in 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completing their studies in 2015. Prior to these degrees, Brian also attended Westminster School in 2004.
