David Welch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and training management across various sectors, including artificial intelligence, technology, and aviation. Currently serving as a Senior Training Manager at Shield AI since February 2022, David manages training initiatives for advanced technology solutions. Prior to this role, David held the position of General Manager at West Shore Home, where successful establishment of a new Charlotte location was achieved despite significant challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. David's military background includes key roles within the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in the US Army, where responsibilities included Chief of Operations and Special Forces Detachment Commander. David also contributed to sensitive operations with the US Central Command and EF Overwatch. David earned a degree from Liberty University between 2018 and 2020.
