Roger Koch

Roger Koch is the Chief Executive Officer of Shield Group Technologies, joining the company at its inception. He is a technologies, marketing, broadcast and management professional with over 20 years of experience in every facet of business. Since becoming CEO of Shield Group in 2015, Roger has forged relationships with scores of local/state governments and law enforcement organizations as well as myriad of businesses helping them to solve some of their most critical technology needs.

He began his career in sales for two commercial radio stations while still in college and rose through the ranks in both Radio and Television before focusing his talents on advanced technologies.

His experience has invariably been with companies that are known for innovation, like Gannett, Clear Channel, Paxson, and Audible. He has managed teams of up to 110 people and has been directly responsible for organizations that have generated over 1 billion dollars in revenue under his leadership.

One of the things Roger is particularly proud of is his family history of service: Roger’s Father, Uncle and Grandfather were all career Law Enforcement and Fire Rescue command members.

On a daily basis, Roger oversees and touches every aspect of Shield Group’s operations: from finance and sales, to project development and deployment. His management style and years of business experience has enabled Shield Group to grow as a company and become a respected technology innovator.
