Jane Cull has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jane started their career at Lucite International, where they held positions as a Production Manager and later as an Improvement Manager, leading improvement teams across multiple countries. Jane then worked at FoCul Ltd as an Agile IT Business Analyst / Project Manager, responsible for delivering client projects in the chemical and petroleum sector. After that, they joined Dynamic Risk Indicator as a Business Change Project Manager, driving change in various projects related to health and safety compliance. Following their time at Dynamic Risk Indicator, they worked at Shield Safety Group in a similar position, where they were involved in driving change across projects related to new products, marketing initiatives, and operational requirements. Currently, Jane is working as a Scheme Manager at the Safe to Trade Scheme.
Jane Cull completed their education at the University of Cambridge from 1992 to 1996. Jane obtained an MEng Distinction and BA 2:1 in Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Beaconsfield High School from 1985 to 1991, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, Jane became an Associate Member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in September 2017. Jane also obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management and the PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August and September 2017, respectively. In addition, Jane obtained the Chartered Engineer IET (Institute of Engineering and Technology) from The Institution of Engineering and Technology in June 1999. Lastly, they acquired the Lucite Darwen - Carbon Trust Standard from Carbon Trust in January 2008.
