Mandeep Chana

Mandeep Chana currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Technology and Procurement at Shielded Technologies, a role initiated in 2025, focusing on operational excellence within the engineering team behind Midnight. Prior to this, Mandeep held the same title at Input Output (IOHK) from 2023 to 2025, where responsibilities included building high-performing teams for IT, business application, procurement, and vendor management. Mandeep also functioned as IT Director at Midnight/Shielded, successfully establishing an independent IT infrastructure while coordinating with IOG’s IT team. Previous experiences span from founding auticon Labs, directing corporate technology at Symphony, and various roles in IT management and solution design across several companies including Inmarsat, ServiceNow, Condé Nast, Smartgames Technologies Ltd, WideOrbit, and giffgaff.
