Anna Webb

Anna Webb has a strong background in customer operations and account management. Anna began their career at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held various roles, including Customer Service Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager, and Associate Director Client Management. Anna then joined HSBC as a Senior Account Manager Team Lead, where they worked for nearly five years. Anna subsequently worked at Form3 as a Service Delivery Team Lead for three years before joining Shieldpay as a Senior Customer Operations Analyst in 2023.

Anna Webb attended St Mary's College, Crosby for an unknown period of time. Anna then went on to study at the University of Liverpool, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology.
