SHIELDS ATHLETE MANAGEMENT was built for a new era in sports.

The business of athletics has changed. Today’s athletes are navigating NIL opportunities, transfer portal decisions, revenue sharing conversations, brand partnerships, public visibility, and long term career strategy earlier than ever before.

That shift has created a new landscape in sports where talent still matters but so does business.

Shields Athlete Management was founded by former collegiate athlete and MBA graduate Jeremiah Shields with that reality in mind. Built from firsthand playing experience and business education, the agency bridges the gap between athletic performance and modern sports business strategy.

At its core, Shields Athlete Management focuses on helping athletes maximize opportunity on and off the field through NIL positioning, branding, exposure, media visibility, and long term development. The mission is simple. Position athletes for sustained success at every stage of their journey.

We represent a growing roster of collegiate and high school athletes across multiple sports including Under Armour All Americans, Power Five talent, NFL Draft prospects, and nationally recognized performers. The focus is on high character, high upside athletes and building long term value rather than short term attention.

This is not a transactional agency. It is built on relationships, trust, and long term commitment to the athletes we represent.

As college athletics continues to evolve through NIL, the transfer portal, and new revenue sharing models, Shields Athlete Management provides structure, clarity, and guidance in an environment that is increasingly complex for athletes and families.

At Shields Athlete Management, we are building more than a roster. We are building long term opportunity, value, and success for the athletes we represent.
