Stephen Dillon

Stephen Dillon has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, currently serving as Technical Operations Manager at Shields since March 2008, where responsibilities include managing a hardware test and research lab as well as troubleshooting intra- and inter-system operabilities. Previously, Stephen held roles such as telecom hardware engineer, providing support to telecommunications equipment test labs, and has a long tenure with DMS-100F from 1986 to 2012, where expertise included technical support and optimization of DMS-100F platforms. Additional experience includes working as telecom site manager at Crosslink LLC, and telecom sales support at International Fibercom, as well as commissioning new DMS-100 Switching Systems at Nortel Networks. Stephen holds an ET Diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology from DeVry Institute, earned between 1984 and 1986.
