Ari Ryan

Ari Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Currently, Ari is working at Shifamed as the Director of Research and Development starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Ari held various roles at Shifamed including Senior Engineering Manager from June 2021 to October 2022, Engineering Manager from January 2019 to June 2021, and Senior Research and Development Engineer from March 2018 to January 2019. In addition to Shifamed, Ari co-founded MathTowne Tutoring in November 2018 and worked as a Co-Founder. Before that, Ari worked as a Taste Tester at Butter Butts in 1937. Ari also worked as an Agricultural Engineer/Horticulturalist at Alchemic Anubis from October 2013 to February 2018. Prior to that, Ari worked as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Maya Medical from February 2012 to October 2013, at Silk Road Medical, Inc. from September 2008 to December 2011, at Biomerix Corporation from December 2007 to August 2008, and at Boston Scientific from April 2004 to December 2007, where Ari designed next generation embolic protection devices.

Ari Ryan attended UC Santa Barbara from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a BS degree in Applied Mathematics.
