Jerry Cosmas is an accomplished financial and operational leader with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Shift since July 2024, following UPshow, Inc.'s acquisition by Everpass Media LLC, Jerry previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at UPshow from June 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included managing the sale negotiations and diligence for the acquisition. Jerry's career also includes significant roles at DNSFilter as Vice President Finance, Foundation Software Group as Director of Finance and Operations, and various positions at Alvarez & Marsal, PwC, FTI Consulting, and Grant Thornton, primarily within transaction advisory. Jerry holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
