Kara Surrena

Kara Surrena is an experienced professional in revenue generation and sales, currently serving as President at Shift. Previously, Kara held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at both UPshow and Listrak, where responsibilities included driving revenue growth and leading sales teams. At Listrak, Kara also contributed in roles as Senior Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Sales. Earlier in the career, Kara worked as Senior Manager of Client Services at Cadient Group. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations from Penn State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
