Shift is a movement. We guide brands and retailers through a cultural and generational SHIFT, helping them turn culture into commerce. Old patterns end, new experiences begin. It’s the start of a new beginning

SHIFT organize B2B events in Amsterdam and Frankfurt, fully dedicated to fashion industry. It’s a place where designers, brands and trendwatchers connect, inspire, and strengthen each other. We call them Shift Leaders: pioneers who combine their talent and vision to achieve something greater together. They show that fashion is not just about products. It’s about how we create, experience, and value it.

SHIFT is a platform for collaboration and growth. Here, joint projects happen, disciplines cross-pollinate, and creativity flows freely. Everyone brings something unique: a new technique, sustainable material, or fresh perspective. Together, we build a movement greater than the sum of its parts.

In these unpredictable times, when many are cautious of the new, SHIFT serves as a guiding light. We help brands and designers understand change and take steps confidently into the future.

SHIFT has partnered with Hyperscout to bring AI-powered matchmaking to the event. With Hyperscout’s advanced engine, brands and retailers are matched precisely, saving time, energy, and resources, making every connection more valuable.
