Alison Carey

Alison Carey currently serves as Vice President of Development and Capital Markets at Shift Capital LLC, having previously founded AC Real Estate Consulting, where services focused on strategy, financial modeling, and market research for both non-profit and for-profit real estate development. Prior experience includes various roles at Related Companies within the Related Affordable division and a real estate development internship at Equity Residential. Academic qualifications consist of dual Master's degrees in Public Policy and Urban Planning from the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies from Syracuse University. Additional experience includes positions at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, Metropolitan Planning Council, ICF International, and several internships related to environmental policy and community planning.
