Megan Rafuse is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Shift Collab, a collaborative mental health practice offering therapy, workshops, and programs. Megan also has a background as a Social Worker and Psychotherapist, with experience in various organizations such as Impostercast and Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre. Megan holds a Master's of Social Work from the University of Toronto and Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Psychology.
