Ben Leigh

Ben Leigh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Credit at Shift since September 2023. In this role, Ben leads a team of three analysts, overseeing large credit exposures, and contributes to key decision-making processes as a member of the Credit Committee. Prior to Shift, Ben was the Director of Customer Credit at Judo Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing Asset Finance Credit and training Relationship Directors. Ben also held the position of Associate Director at Indigenous Business Australia, managing banking and credit teams with significant responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a senior management role at Macquarie Group, complemented by an MBA in Finance from the Australian Institute of Business.
