Bonnie Tong

Bonnie Tong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Bonnie started their career at Road Tech Computer Systems Ltd as a Support Technician, where they excelled in customer service and became the preferred point of contact for clients. Bonnie then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Bridges Financial Services for a brief period. Bonnie later joined Shift as a Broker Support Associate, followed by a promotion to the role of Broker Operations Analyst. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst - Process Optimization at Shift.

Bonnie Tong completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University from 2018 to 2020.
