Jo Edmonds

Jo Edmonds is a skilled leader currently serving as the Director of Credit at Shift, where they oversee credit operations and promote data-driven decision-making. With a strong background in credit risk and transformation, Jo's past roles include Executive Director at Northern Light Consulting, where they developed bespoke learning programs and managed significant change initiatives. Jo has also held positions such as Head of Risk at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and various leadership roles at ANZ, where they focused on strategic initiatives and risk management. They are an Approved Advisor with the Advisory Board Centre, dedicated to providing strategic insights for businesses facing growth and transformation challenges. Jo is pursuing additional education in Leading Innovation and Change at UC Berkeley Executive Leadership Academy.
