In these roles, they demonstrated adaptability and the ability to work across multiple departments and roles. John's most recent position was at Shift, where they first worked as a Customer Support Associate from 2019 to 2022, gaining valuable exposure to various aspects of the business model. Currently, they hold the role of Product Associate at Shift, where they are responsible for strategic planning and analyzing opportunities to maximize customer and business value.
