We offer facilitation services and train leaders and fellow communicators who want to embrace creative facilitation methods that foster connection. These connections are where innovation happens —allowing people to freely share ideas, leading to collaboration that will deliver game-changing innovation. We provide communications coaching and training to enhance skills in storytelling, networking, customer service, media relations and strategic planning. Shift’s curriculum also includes: team building, storytelling, media training, handling conflict and difficult questions, strategic planning and futuring.
