Chad Arthur

Chad Arthur is currently a Senior Program Manager at Shift Digital and possesses over thirteen years of experience as a Business Analyst, along with three years as an SAP ETM Equipment Analyst. Previously, Chad worked as a Business & Applications Analyst at Thryv, where they played a key role as a subject matter expert and conducted numerous training classes for digital products. Earlier experience includes serving as a SAP B1 Implementation Consultant at VistaVu Solutions, where they led significant projects and created training materials. Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Angelo State University.
