篠原俊博

俊博 篠原, born in Miyazaki, Japan, joined the Ministry of Home Affairs in 1987 and helped establish a PC network across Japanese local governments in 1989. They served at the Embassy of Japan in Jordan in 1992 and were instrumental in the large-scale mergers of Japanese municipalities starting in 2000. They contributed to the development and implementation of the resident register network system as well as the My Number system from 2010 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of principal at SHIFT Inc., following their tenure as General Manager and Counselor at the Digital Agency. They graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1987 with a degree in law.
