Ryo Noshiroya is the current head of the Communications and Media Division at株式会社SHIFT, overseeing a team within a company of approximately 1,000 employees. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication from Meiji University, Ryo joined SCSK in 2010, accumulating five years of experience in sales across the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and media industries. Ryo transitioned to SHIFT in 2019, achieving significant growth in new business development and earning accolades such as the Best Newcomer Award and the Excellent Manager Award. In 2023, Ryo assumed the role of Division Head, leading one of the largest departments within the SHIFT Group.
