Toru Hatano has extensive experience in management consulting, specializing in strategic planning, product strategy, and change management over nearly 30 years, from the early 1980s to 2011. They served as a guest professor at Kyushu University from 2011 to 2017, where they led an interdisciplinary research program on high-performance teams.
