Beth Roche

Beth Roche is a Senior Creative Director at Shift Paradigm since October 2022, previously holding positions such as Director of Content Studio and Senior Experience Designer at ERGO from January 2016 to October 2022. With a focus on unique digital customer experiences and email marketing, Beth collaborates across disciplines to execute campaigns from ideation to implementation. Prior experience includes freelance graphic design at MAUDE, where contributions involved creating print and digital assets, as well as roles as a Creative Intern at MAUDE and Artist Assistant at Jordan Mural Design, Inc. Beth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from the University of Delaware.
