Barrett Callaghan is a seasoned professional in the technology and customer success sectors, currently serving as the Head of Global Markets and Customer Success at Shift Technology since February 2023. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at CCC Intelligent Solutions from June 2006 to January 2023, where Barrett held various leadership roles, including Strategic Advisor, Executive Vice President of Markets and Customer Success, Senior Vice President - General Manager, and Group Vice President - Sales.
